Type: On-site, 10-00 till 18-00

• Handle all administrative duties in the office.
• Processing all forms of documents
• Managing relationships with business center administration, utilities ptoviders
• Providing and maintaining an office for daily operations.
• Answering/Manage phone calls and distribute mail correspondence.
• Managing internal document flow and working with courier services and taxis.
• Receiving and preparing packages to be sent out and keeping excellent records of the courier activities/log sheet.
• Procuring all necessary office items such as stationery, furniture, household goods, groceries, and household appliances. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Monitoring the work of the cleaning staff (when necessary)
• Interacting with the administration of the business center.
• Manage agendas, sending notices / holiday notifications as well as setting up appointments ordered by management.
• Assist all the company departments as and when required.
• Performs other relevant duties as assigned.


• Cyprus passport
• Knowledge of English, Ukrainian/Russian, Greekfluency could be considered an advantage.
• At least two years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills
• Capable of working on own initiative
