Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Fintech company is looking for an Office manager in Limassol.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
•Office arrangement and maintenance (equipment, stationary, household cleaners, food and drinks);
•Search for service companies to organize office work (cleaning, power supply, etc.)
•Provide general support to all employees;
•Secretary duties, documents processing;
•PA: Assist with personal tasks and responsibilities, including family matters, appointments and special projects.
•Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
•fluent in English and Russian; conversational Greek;
•1+ year(s) of relevant experience;
•Great knowledge of Limassol;
•Experience in budget tracking;
•Multitasking, attention to detail;
•Proactive approach and friendly attitude to people;
•Sociability and good communication skills;
•Having a car is a great plus.
