We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Russian-speaking Corporate and Migration Lawyer to join our legal team in Limassol, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and experience in handling migration matters for employees. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Russian and English and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Law:

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate documents including contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.

Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues.

Assist with the incorporation of companies and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Handle mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Provide legal advice on commercial law matters.

Leasing with tax office, social insurance and registrar of companies.

Migration Law:

Assist employees with visa applications, work permits, and residence permits.

Provide guidance on immigration laws and regulations.

Liaise with government authorities and agencies to ensure smooth processing of migration documents.

Keep up to date with changes in immigration policies and procedures.

Support employees throughout the migration process and address any legal issues that arise.
