Overview: Sea View Real Estate LTD is looking for an energetic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to engage and warm up leads from our targeted marketing campaigns. You’ll manage client relationships, offering exceptional service from initial contact through to closing deals.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Engage with leads provided by our digital marketing efforts, initiating contact and nurturing relationships to convert inquiries into active clients.
Client Counseling: Offer expert advice on the real estate market, helping clients make informed decisions about buying, selling, and renting properties.
Client Management: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service.
Closing Deals: Facilitate negotiations between parties, bringing them closer to agreement in a friendly and patient manner.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings, highlighting benefits to potential buyers or renters.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate on behalf of clients, ensuring professional integrity and timely satisfaction.
Documentation: Manage all administrative tasks related to transactions, including contract preparation and compliance.
CRM Management: Enter leads into the CRM system and progress them through the sales funnel.
Lead Generation: Build a network, foster relationships, and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales, preferably in lead management and sales conversion.
Fluent Russian is a must.
Strong understanding of the property sales process and excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Work Schedule:
This is not a remote position, but we offer flexible hours, including availability on weekends and evenings.
