В  компанию в Лимасcоле требуется  Legal Adviser.  Резюме направлять на info@adlard.eu                                                                                                                                                                 We are looking for mid-level lawyer  with following  responsibilities:

Preparation and review of all legal and corporate documentation;

Drafting and review of contracts (Russian-English), analysing risks, prepare proposals;

Reviewing and drafting of corporate documents ;

administration of  dissolution of companies in various jurisdictions;

Coordination of work of external legal counsels and service providers;

Obtaining   permits and licenses of the Company and its employees;

Performing legal research and preparing memos;

Handling day-to-day internal legal issues related to the company activity;

Direct reporting to the Management of the company and Head of Legal.

Requirements:

Higher Legal Education. At least 1 year of bilingual work experience in the law field 

– Knowledge of Russian and English at the level not lower than advanced is mandatory;

– ability to manage multiple tasks at different level, from  low to advanced.
