Legal Counsel Position at ProfitFamily

ProfitFamily is the largest company in the CIS region in the field of internet marketing and programmatic technologies.

We integrate various projects and implement many modern and innovative ideas in the CPA niche. Our team comprises over 200 professionals across different fields.

This year, we have opened offices in Armenia and Cyprus, and this is just the beginning – we are actively exploring international markets while maintaining our strong presence in established territories.

We are looking to strengthen our team with a new member, specifically a skilled Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities:

Legal Research and Analysis:

Conduct legal research on various issues, statutes, regulations, and legal articles.

Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice.

Document Drafting and Review:

Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal correspondence.

Ensure all documents are legally sound and comply with relevant laws and company policies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs to ensure the company adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

Identify potential legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks.

Corporate Governance:

Support the maintenance of corporate records and documentation.

Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents, such as board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and annual reports.

Advisory Role:

Provide legal advice to various departments within the company on a range of legal issues.

Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and advise accordingly.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Cyprus law and regulations.

Experience interacting with the Register of Companies and other authorities.

Good communication skills and strong ethical standards.

Legal education.

Fluency in Greek.

Experience in a similar position.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Cypriot or Greek citizenship required.

Noteworthy: We do not consider candidates with a background in public service or law enforcement.

Employment Terms:

Location: Cyprus Office

Work Schedule: 5/2

Contract Type: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period

Compensation: Salary only

Career Path: Opportunity to become a Senior Legal Counsel within 3 months

Preferred Candidates: Only foreign candidates
