Confident working in windows OS

Problem solver and solution oriented

Working in CRM environment is a plus

Excellent English – spoken and written

Duties:

Resolve and manage any technical issues that impacts the office by providing robust technical solutions

Installation or repair of computers with standardised applications and networking software, diagnosing and solving problems that develop in their operations
