A premium interior design studio in Cyprus requires an assistant manager.
Responsibilities:
– Conducting business correspondence (mainly in English);
– Search, analysis and structuring of information;
– Control and conduct of meetings, negotiations;
– Working with tables, analytics;
– Travel support – booking tickets, booking hotels, ordering transfers, etc.;
– Personal orders;
– Primary communication with factories and suppliers.
Requirements:
– Work experience as an assistant for at least 5 years;
– Language skills – Russian, English at least C1. Knowledge of Greek will be an advantage;
– Higher education in the field of Management;
– An experienced user of PCs and services (CRM Bitrix24, etc.)
– Attentiveness and responsibility
– Punctuality and the ability to organize your working day
– Ability to work in multitasking mode
Working conditions:
– Work in the Limassol office;
– Working day 9.00-18.00;
– Salary based on the results of the interview.
