ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Duties and responsibilities
• Maintenance of management records
• Maintenance of budget
• Payment of company invoices and other invoices in general
• Interaction with banks
• Shareholders tax payments
• Preparation and signing of company contracts
• Provide required information to Auditors for audit purposes
• Collection and transfer of information to the external Accountants (bank statements, invoices, etc.)
• Reconcile accounts including receivable and payable
• Ensure cashflow is utilized properly and protect reserves
• Audit financial information for inconsistencies
• Create financial forecasts and analyse risk
• Executive payments
• Execute employees’ monthly payroll
• Other tasks and duties as and when required
Requirements
Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
A minimum of three years’ experience as an Accountant
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Experience with online banking (Revolut, Bank of Cyprus etc.)
Attention to detail and high level of responsibility
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills English – Russian
Strong analytical skills
