For an IT business owner, we are looking for a Personal Assistant who really enjoys organizing both their own and other people’s work, being responsible for a wide range of responsibilities and helping to solve everyday, personal and business issues, systematizing and improving everything around them. Attentive, meticulous, caring and responsible, with a good sense of humor and the ability to manage time effectively.
The personal assistant will provide support in the following areas:
● Financial management (payment and accounting of utilities, educational, insurance, etc. services)
● Organizational tasks (itinerary planning and ticketing, hotel selection and booking, transfer booking, maintaining a meeting calendar, reminding about planned activities, staff recruitment, resolving issues with schools and hospitals)
● Systematization and management of documents (structuring documents, folders)
● Other tasks assigned by the manager
We are looking for a specialist who:
● Has knowledge of the organization of office work and the procedure for processing/systematization of documentation (both paper and electronic)
● Is able to think analytically and draw conclusions from the information received, argue thoughts and ideas
● Confident PC user (MS Excel, Google Services, etc.) and willing to learn how to use various tools
● Fluent in English, Ukrainian (or Russian)
● Proactive, always looking for optimal solutions, able to learn quickly
● Has a valid driver’s license
● Resides in Cyprus or is ready to relocate/frequently travel to Cyprus
● Has a pro-Ukrainian position
