A premium interior design studio in Cyprus requires an architect-designer.

Responsibilities:
— Complete management of the working design project from the Sketch stage to the implementation of the object;
— Development of working documentation in the AutoCAD or ArchiCAD program for interior design projects of luxury apartments and country houses based on the designer’s visualizations with adjustments;
— Visits to the object for the implementation of the author’s supervision over the object;
— Introduction of finishing materials, furniture, lighting, plumbing, decor, textiles, etc. into the project;
— Development of technical specifications for contractors, checking the technical specifications for compliance with the idea of the design project;
— Preparation of project statements and specifications;
— Communication with project contractors;
— Coordination of design solutions with the customer.

Requirements:
— Work experience of at least 5 years in the field of developing drawings for interior design projects of high-budget facilities;
— A high level of proficiency in the AutoCAD or ArchiCAD program is required;
— Knowledge of languages — Russian, English. Knowledge of the Greek language will be an advantage;
— The ability to create and work in a three-dimensional model;
— Ability to manage several projects at the same time;
— Knowledge of Revit, Sketchup programs is welcome;
— Ability to work in a team;
— Availability of a work visa.

Working conditions:
Working in the Limassol office;
Working day 9.00-18.00;
Salary based on the results of the interview.
